Leather Peach Trees Mega City One key fob inspired by the movie “Dredd”, a laser-cut pattern/template for use on Glowforge and other laser engravers. The download is a PDF cut file.

120mm (H) x 62.13 mm (W)

The file contains 4 items, the back and front of the fob and 2 inserts to give the fob and nice ridge.

The file is colour-coded to make cutting and engraving as painless as possible.

Black – Engrave this layer first
Green – Cut this layer second (this is the stitch holes)
Red – Cut this later third (This is the outer layers)

Cut the 4 items, carefully glue each of the two inserts to the back of the outer pieces ensuring they are equally spaced from the stitch holes. There is also a notch in the inserts that lines up with the ring hole on the outer pieces.

When the glue is dry, glue the pieces back to back and ensure the holes are lined up correctly and you can see light through all of them. Allow drying.

The stitch holes are quite large, but this helps stop soot from the cutting from attaching to the thread when stitching.

Holes are 4mm from the edge and approx 4mm apart.
