This is NOT a Gustav Klimt poster of a Beautiful Woman Part 2 – 170gsm A3 Poster – No Frame

£9.23

We asked the Midjourney, an Artificial Intelligence prompt-based image creator to imagine ‘a beautiful woman painted in the style of Gustav Klimt‘, we then asked it to produce a variation of the original, and this is the result.

It is however not Gustav Klimt’s work, it is the work of an artificial intelligence system called ‘Midjourney’, which creates images based on text prompts, we don’t give the system any visual reference material at all.

The prompt we fed it was

a beautiful woman painted in the style of Gustav Klimt –ar 2:3

We then selected V to create a variation

The ‘–ar 2:3’ asks MJ to output an image in an aspect ratio of 2:3, the ratio of A3 in portrait

From Wikipedia

Gustav Klimt (July 14, 1862 – February 6, 1918) was an Austrian symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Secession movement. Klimt is noted for his paintings, murals, sketches, and other objets d’art. Klimt’s primary subject was the female body, and his works are marked by frank eroticism. Amongst his figurative works, which include allegories and portraits, he painted landscapes. Among the artists of the Vienna Secession, Klimt was the most influenced by Japanese art and its methods.
